Barb Richey, M.S.
Co-Founder
Barb Richey is a dedicated champion of community vitality and educational access. With a career spanning the education and non-profit sectors, Barb most recently served as the Vice President of University Advancement at Eastern Washington University and Executive Director of the EWU Foundation. Her transformative tenure was defined by record-breaking fundraising success and the expansion of the student opportunities, earning her the prestigious 2026 CASE District VIII Distinguished Service Award. Currently, Barb leverages her expertise as a strategist for Innovia Foundation and their LaunchNW Initiative and Bellevue College, focusing on closing the opportunity gap for all students. Her leadership extends deep into the Spokane, Washington community, where she serves on the City of Spokane Park Board and Canopy Credit Union Board of Directors.
A Proud graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership program and Eastern Washington University, Barb combines executive rigor with a lifelong commitment to service. Whether spearheading the realization of The Podium Sportsplex or volunteering for the American Red Cross, she remains a driving force for regional growth and innovation.
